About me

I am a social worker in Berlin and work with a body- and nervous-system-oriented approach. I support people in developing self-regulation, resilience, and orientation in everyday life – both in professional and private contexts.

My work is aimed at professionals, teams, and people in high-pressure or burdened fields of work who want to stay present, clear, and capable of acting even under pressure.

My Path

My professional path connects very different working worlds: international hospitality and Michelin-starred gastronomy, school social work, individual and family support, as well as group work and social education projects.

The work in the kitchen was a shaping part of my development: it showed me early on how people function in high-pressure systems – under time pressure, high responsibility, and complex team coordination.

Complementing this path is my work as an educational facilitator in an EU- and Senate-funded project in Berlin. The focus was on how to create social spaces where people can act and participate together, regardless of resources.

Today, I combine these experiences into a central perspective: How do people and teams stay stable, clear, and capable of acting in complex, dynamic situations?

My Work Today

Today, I combine social work, body knowledge, and nervous system regulation into a practical accompaniment for individuals, professionals, and teams.

I provide individual and family support while also coordinating social support services within the same organization, ensuring that clients receive tailored assistance and access to relevant resources.

At the center is the ability to remain in contact, orientation, and capability to act even under pressure.

Professional Deepening

I am currently deepening my body-oriented work through training in Somatic Experiencing (SE)®, an approach to support self-regulation and stress processing.

It complements my social work with a deeper understanding of bodily processes, stress dynamics, and relational events.

The focus is on the concrete experience: How do I stay in contact and capable of acting when it gets difficult?

My Professional Background

In addition, I have maintained a continuous body and movement practice for many years. For four years, I have been a student of Joseph Bartz.
