Body-Oriented Support

This accompaniment is not a therapeutic setting, but a practical space for strengthening self-regulation, inner stability, and the capability to act in everyday life.

I am in my second year of training to become a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SE). In my work, I combine body-oriented approaches with my background as a social worker, dance and movement educator, as well as my experience from high-pressure and teamwork contexts like the kitchen.

At the center is the question: How can you stay with yourself and remain capable of acting in challenging situations?

What I support you with

I support you in better understanding your experience in the body and perceiving stress and overload reactions earlier.

The goal is for you to gain more access to:

  • inner stability and orientation
  • a clearer sense of your boundaries
  • your ability to respond consciously instead of functioning automatically
  • your self-efficacy in everyday life

How we work

In the sessions, we work in a body- and experience-oriented way with what shows up – e.g. body sensations, emotions, thoughts, or inner images.

You can expect:

  • understandable access to stress and regulation patterns
  • practical, everyday exercises for self-regulation
  • support in recognizing and maintaining boundaries
  • a calm, clear, and safe working framework

Framework

A session lasts about 60 minutes.

Currently, the appointments take place on a donation basis and are possible as home visits or at a suitable location in Berlin.

Beforehand, we are welcome to write or speak on the phone briefly to clarify whether the offer is suitable for you.
