Resilience Begins in the Body
Self-Regulation
I support you in finding calm, clarity, and safety within yourself – so that you can remain capable of acting even in challenging situations.
Why this topic is important
Maybe you know this:
You function, react, hold a lot, and notice at the same time that it starts to feel restless inside.
Thoughts circle, the body is tense or exhausted. It’s hard to stay clear or to be with yourself.
Especially when we have a lot to do with other people, our own nervous system can easily get out of balance.
Resilience does not only arise in the head – but in the body.
And that is exactly where my work begins.

WHAT AWAITS YOU
In my work, it’s not about making something “go away”. It’s about getting back in touch with yourself.
You will learn:
- to better understand your nervous system
- to perceive stress reactions at an early stage
- to regulate yourself
- to use your own resources in the body
- to remain present and oriented even in challenging situations
- to be able to give other people more safety and orientation without losing yourself
This is particularly important for people who work with others or carry responsibility. Those who can regulate themselves better often create more calm, orientation, and safety in contact with others. Self-regulation thus becomes the basis of co-regulation.
Step by step, this creates more: Calm. Clarity. Room to maneuver.
ABOUT ME
I am a social worker in Berlin and work with a body- and nervous-system-oriented approach.
My experience in Michelin-starred gastronomy, social work, and educational projects has taught me how people and teams function under pressure – and what helps them to develop orientation, stability, and room to maneuver.
Today, I accompany individuals, professionals, and teams to regulate themselves better, stay present, and create safety and orientation for themselves and others, even in challenging situations.
CLARITY & CLASSIFICATION
My work is not therapy, but a body-oriented support.
It is about strengthening your own resources and getting back into the “I can shape things” mindset.
If you are unsure whether this is suitable for you, feel free to contact me without obligation.
